👋 About Me

I’m Armen Hovasapyan, a Lead Software Engineer who loves building clean, scalable, and production-ready backend systems. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with PHP (Yii, Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter) and Node.js (NestJS, Express) to create microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems that perform smoothly and reliably.

I get a kick out of solving tricky problems, optimizing system performance, and turning complex ideas into simple, maintainable solutions. Lately, I’ve been modernizing legacy PHP systems and introducing Node.js microservices to make apps faster and more efficient.

When I’m not coding, you’ll probably find me exploring new tech, experimenting with backend architecture, or geeking out over performance optimization. I’m all about clean code, continuous learning, and building systems that just work.
